上海新仪微波化学科技有限公司的前身是上海新科微波溶样测试技术研究所，是国内最早也是规模最大的专业微波化学仪器生产商。从1994年开始一直致力于现代微波制样技术的研究与开发，拥有20多项国家专利技术，所开发的微波消解，微波萃取和微波合成等微波化学仪器遍布全国各大疾控、质检、商检、药检、农检、环境监测、地质冶金、厂矿企业、科研院所和大专院校，累计用户超过5000家，市场占有率遥据所有国内厂家首位（＂仪器信息网＂统计），为我国分析测试行业的样品前处理技术革新作出了重要贡献。
新仪的技术不断创新，始终走在自主创新的前沿；新仪的仪器以安全可靠，操作方便和售后服务完善而享誉于同行业，两次荣获中国分析测试协会BCEIA金奖（1997年和2003年），并率先在同行业中通过欧盟CE认证，产品性能和质量达到国际先进水平。近年来，产品不断被国外用户选中，出口到美国，加拿大，欧盟，俄罗斯，巴西，新加坡，印度和台湾等10多个国家和地区。
新仪的微波消解仪器多次参与和配合国家标准方法的制订，如卫生部化妆品检验规范，2005年《中国药典》中药重金属测定法，信息产业部《电子信息产品中限用物质检测方法》和国家钢铁材料测试中心《钢铁与合金中总铝总硼含量测定标准》等等，是国内各大行业标准样品前处理设备的首选产品。新仪在国内最先开发实验室用微波合成仪器，现已配备各大科研院所和大专院校，为新药，新材料，新介质的研制作出了积极的贡献。

Sineo Microwave Chemistry Technology (China) Co., LTD (formerly named Shanghai XinKe Institute of Microwave Digestion and Test Technology) is founder and leader of microwave chemistry technology in China. Started from 1994, Sineo has been focusing on developing advanced microwave chemistry instrument with more than 20 patented technology and over 3000 end users who are mainly in various Analytical Test and Measurement fields. In China, Sineo has long been recognized as a major contributor to innovation of Sample Preparation technology.
Sineo has been striving to innovate and develop new technologies in microwave chemistry as well as analytical chemistry areas. Sineo's instruments are known for their safety, reliability, convenient operation and comprehensive after-sales support, because of which they are twice awarded BCEIA Gold Prize product by China Association for Instrumental Analysis (CAIA) (1997 and 2003) . Now Sineo's product has been shipped to over 10 countries and areas around the world including USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, India, Singapore, Brazil and Taiwan.
