浙江天杭生物科技有限公司成立于2007年10月，是杭州四季青生物工程材料有限公司斥资新办的一家专门从事生物原辅材料研究、开发与生产的企业。公司总部位于山清水秀的浙江省德清县洛舍镇，并在杭州设有办事处。浙江天杭生物科技有限公司总投资1500多万元，厂区占地面积14亩，建筑面积7200m2，其中净化生产车间面积850m2，质量检验车间600 m2，冷库面积500m2。浙江天杭生物技术有限公司2009.6.18—7.17完成设备安装调试，并在国内同行中有以下先进性：1.在国内首家使用机器灌装牛血清。2.反渗透水采用管道化，臭氧水消毒控制水质。3.新增自动控制记录的电高压消毒柜和蒸汽发生器。4.质检和生产车间全部安装空调，控制温度、湿度，创造良好的生产及质检环境，为保证牛血清质量创造了条件。
　　公司主要生产经营无支原体系列和无噬菌体低内毒素系列胎牛血清、新生牛血清等牛血清系列产品。产品主要销往国内生物制品生产企业和各大医学科研院所。目前批生产牛血清能力500-1500立升，年生产牛血清能力为15万立升，供货量为8万立升。

　　商品化：1984年 在国内第一个提出并实施牛血清的商品化供应，替代使用单位多年来自己采血，自己制作牛血清供自己使用的格局。


　　标准化：1990—2000年杭州四季青生物工程材料研究所与中国药品生物制品检定所合作10年完成了牛血清国家标准研究制定，此标准被中国生物制品标准化委员会采纳吸入《中国生物制品主要原辅材料标准》，这是我国第一个有关新生牛血清的国家标准，从此结束了牛血清产品质量无法可依的历史，走上了牛血清质量标准化的道路。
2000年1月 由四季青与中国药品生物制品检定所合作完成的《牛血清国家质控标准》被国家药监局收入2000版《中国生物制品主要原辅材料质控标准》中，这是我国第一个有关牛血的国家标准。


　　规范化：2002年5月25日—26日，中国医药生物技术协会质量控制专业委员会动物血清学组第一次委派GMP专家对杭州四季青生物工程材料有限公司进行了牛血清生产企业的达标检查，本公司获得一次检查通过并成为中国第一个牛血清生产企业的达标单位，从此牛血清生产企业走上了规范化的道路，迈出了法制管理牛血清生产企业的第一步
