第一阶段:创立与发展（1998年—2004年）

江苏鱼跃医疗设备股份有限公司从创立直至成为康复护理系列和医用供氧系列医疗器械的专业生产企业，逐步形成了以研究开发为核心竞争力的企业竞争优势。

第二阶段:自主研发,创造品牌（2004年—2007年）

公司以自主创新为主题，加大技术研发投入力度，着力提升技术自主创新能力，同时与相关高校和研究机构建立紧密的产学研合作关系。公司是江苏省高新技术企业，公司研发中心被评为江苏省医疗诊断护理设备工程技术研究中心。公司“鱼跃牌血压计”和“鱼跃牌轮椅车”分别被国家质量监督检验检疫总局评为“中国名牌”，是医疗器械行业内第一个获得“中国名牌”的企业，也是国内唯一一家拥有两个“中国名牌”的医疗器械生产企业。2007年8月，公司的“鱼跃”商标被国家工商行政管理总局评为“中国驰名商标”。

公司的品牌建设为公司产品的销售奠定了良好的基础，多个产品国内市场占有率第一。公司已成为康复护理和医用供氧医疗器械细分领域的行业龙头。

第三阶段:技术革新,资本运作（2007年至今）
