雅培（Abbott Laboratories，台湾译为亚培），是美国上市公司（NYSE：ABT），也是一家有72000多人员工的跨国公司，总部在伊利诺伊州，成立于1888年。香港雅培写字楼在炮台山电气道友邦广场。

雅培以制药、医疗器材与营养产品为主要事业，并在进行了几次大型的事业并购。目前雅培将自己分为数个事业群：

动物健康：动物麻醉、医疗用液态动物食品与其他兽医用品。
糖尿病：血糖监测机
医疗诊断：血液、免疫、肿瘤与临床化学
医疗分子：婴儿与成人营养产品，包括一些特殊用途的营养产品
心血管：血管支架、血管闭合器、心血管与周边血管相关的医疗器材
2009年3月30日，雅培公司以总额约28亿美元的价格，完成了对眼力健公司（Advanced Medical Optics, Inc.）的要约收购。至此，眼力健成为雅培旗下的全资子公司，并更名为雅培医疗光学公司。

2009年9月28日‎雅培将以45亿欧元(约合66亿美元)现金收购比利时化学品及制药商苏威集团(Solvay Group)的制药部门Solvay Pharmaceuticals。还有3亿欧元将在二零一一年至二零一三年期间支付。苏威在声明中表示，收购条件中还包括4亿欧元的退休金。Solvay Pharmaceuticals在全球拥有9000名员工，2008年营收达到27亿欧元。

2011年10月19日，雅培计划分拆为品牌药业务和多元化医疗用品两家独立的公开上市公司
 雅培诊断一贯致力于拓展实验室诊断用品的全球市埸，自1946年成功发明第一个放免诊断药盒后，雅培不断发展钻研，又成功地研制出检测乙型肝炎抗原药盒，其后又研制了全球第一个检测艾滋病抗体的药盒。诊断试剂方面，一直占著领先地位，其临床诊断试剂，如肿瘤，传染病，内分泌，性病，妇产科，生化，血药浓度及免疫抑制方面更是不断推陈出新。
