近几年我们公司和美国ACC公司共同携手整顿和净化中国市场, 发现北京百星高科技术发展有限公司 (简称:BXGK) 和一些少数公司冒充美国ACC中国总代理的名义, 在中国销售美国ACC公司内毒素检测等产品, 其产品来源不明, 且无法保证真伪和质量, 其此行为已经对中国客户构成了严重扭曲事实和欺诈, 且损害了美国ACC公司和我们公司的合法权益, 在此美国ACC公司和科德角国际生物医学科技（北京）有限公司亲切提醒各位中国用户, 为了保证您的合法权益和切身利益, 请从中国授权代理商处购买您所需要的产品;

多年以来, ACC公司已通过不同的方式多次同北京百星高科技术发展有限公司(BXGK)进行沟通, 反复重申北京百星高科技术发展有限公司(BXGK)既不是ACC产品的分销商(代理商), 也不是授权的销售商。
但是北京百星高科技术发展有限公司(BXGK)仍然在其网站和广告中以ACC产品的分销商(代理商), 对此我们感到非常失望。这封信旨在要求北京百星高科技术发展有限公司(BXGK)立即停止你们这种做法。北京百星高科技术发展有限公司(BXGK)使用ACC商标和声誉的行为, 损害了ACC公司和购买ACC产品的消费者的权益, 从而使得我们无法确定这些产品的来源和储藏条件, 且造成我们无法对这些产品提供相应的保障和支持。
在此我们需要做出明确指出, ACC公司和北京百星高科技术发展有限公司(BXGK)不存在任何的商业关系。
尽管我们不愿这么做, 但ACC可以立刻发表新闻且特别披露北京百星高科技术发展有限公司(BXGK)的这种令人不可接受的商业行为, 并为使得北京百星高科技术发展有限公司(BXGK)停止对ACC名誉和商业信誉的损害的行为采取适当行动, 进而使ACC的名誉和商业信誉得以恢复正常。

Dear Senior Manager Beijing BXGK Technology Development Co., Ltd,
For a number of years and through multiple communications Associates of Cape Cod, Inc. (ACC) has made clear to Beijing BXGK Technology Development Co., Ltd (BXGK) that BXGK is not a distributor nor authorized reseller of ACC products.
We are disappointed to again learn that BXGK is representing itself as a distributor of ACC products on their website and print advertisements. This letter is to demand that BXGK stop this practice immediately. BXGK’s use of ACC marks and reputation are damaging to our company and to customers who purchase ACC product from BXGK as ACC cannot support those products as we are unsure of their source or storage conditions.
To be clear, there is no business relationship between BXGK and ACC.
Although we would prefer not to, ACC is now in a position to publish a press release specifically identifying BXGK’s unacceptable business practices as well as take appropriate action to stop and recover any damages BXGK has made to ACC’s name or business reputation.
