All you need is to transfect your green and red fusion proteins and check the result using any fluorescence microscope already the next day!

How does it work?
 Chromo® Tek’s special F2H-cells
 Cary a recruiting platform in the
Uceleus:
 
  -GFP-bait is recruited
  >>bright green spot
 
  -If RFP-prey interacts with bait
  >>red spot co-localizes with green spot
 
  -If RFP-prey does not interacts with bait
  >>no red  spot
