【产品简介】：Enhanced NaTrium Green-2 (ENG-2) is a unique yellow green fluorescent sodium ion (Na+) indicator probe designed to surpass the traditional Na+probe SBFI. ENG-2 stands out among similar products due to its/ excellent cell loading ability and enhanced fluorescence brightness. In terms of spectral characteristics, the excitation wavelength (Ex) of ENG-2 is 525nm, and the emission wavelength (Em) is 545nm. This unique spectral feature enables ENG-2 to label Na+ions in complex biological samples without interfering with other fluorescent substances. In addition, its wide dynamic range enables ENG-2 to maintain stable performance under different experimental conditions, ensuring the accuracy of experimental results. The outstanding performance of ENG-2 is attributed to its/ excellent fluorescence performance and compatibility. Whether equipped with universal fluorescent, GFP, or YFP (more ideal) filters, fluorescence microscopy, confocal microscopy, fluorescence enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), fluorescence spectrophotometer, etc., ENG-2 is perfectly compatible with them.
