【产品简介】:The excitation peak of Texas Red is located at 589 nanometers, which allows it to be excited by a Krypton laser at around 567 nanometers on the shoulder peak, although itcitation efficiency is slightly lower. However, this does not hinder its widespread application in variouperiments. When Texas Redcited, it emits bright fluorescence at a wavelength range of approximately 615 nanometers, which is visible to the naked eye, making observation and experimental results more intuitive and accurate. The sulfonic acid ions in its molecular structure give it excellent water solubility, ensuring the stability and uniformity of the dye in the experiment. In addition, Texas Red hatremely high fluorescence brightness, making it effective in developing antigens with very low expression levels. This makes it a very valuable tool in proteomics research.
