研发一种基于磁珠的IVD试剂盒是实验室研发阶段的工作。在产品研发和优化的过程中,用户经常需要尝试很广的一个体积范围,通常会从很小的体积开始尝试,并不断增加样品体积。
SEPMAG? A 系列的专利磁性分离技术提供一个环形的均匀磁场。通过SEPMAG? A系列磁性分离器,用户可以从1.5mL体积容器开始研发工作,而随后放大至200mL (A200mL)或400mL (A400mL)体积。设备将配置有标准的适配器用于放置不同体积的容器,另外,如果使用者有特殊的需求,我们也提供相应的适配器定制服务。
整个分离过程通过设备的软硬件检测系统进行监测和记录。通过这一功能,可以帮助操作者在分离操作的过程中更好地掌握关于磁珠粒径、分布、浓度以及缓冲液状态等相关情况。

Developing a magnetic bead based IVD kit is a laborious task. End-users often need to work with a wide range of volumes, strating with small tubes and increasing the sample size when processes are optimized or simply when sample volumes vary.
Then A serie feature SEPMAG? proprietary biomagnetic separation technology, characterized by homogeneous conditions inside the ring.
With SEPMAG? A Systems, end-users can start working with 1.5 ml micro tubes and scale up to either 200 ml (A200ml) or 400ml(A400ml) volumes. A standard holder for different tubes is provided with each system but customizable adaptors can be supplied to suit end-users' requirements.
Processes are monitored and recorded using our MONITOR hardware and software, which allows the operator to explore the effects of bead size, distribution, concentration and buffer connditions on the separation time.
