本试剂盒提供了一种快速简单稳定的从小剂量血浆/血清中提取游离DNA的方法。浆/血清胞外DNA包括肿瘤特异性胞外DNA片段和母体血液中游离的胎儿DNA，通常是小于1000bp的DNA片段，具有肿瘤诊断、预后生物标记的可能性。

本试剂盒适用于肝素管，EDTA管和柠檬酸盐管收集的新鲜或者冷冻的血浆/血清样本，其提取cfc-DNA产量依赖于试验样本而变化（1-100 ng/mL人血浆），样本（同一供体）采集时间不同亦会产生影响，纯化所得的胞外DNA可直接用于PCR，qPCR，MSP，Southern Blot等分子生物学实验。
