 HYQ 试剂盒能从新鲜和干燥的多糖或低DNA含量植物组织样品中，回收基因组DNA，回收率可达60kb。该系统结合了核酸可逆结合的多样性等特性和旋转柱技术，从植物组织去除多糖，酚类化合物和裂解酶抑制剂。

The HYQspin^TM CP Plant DNA Kit is designed for efficient recovery of genomic DNA up to 60 kb in size from fresh and dried plant tissue samples rich in polysaccharides or lower DNA contents. Up to 100 mg of wet tissue (or 30 mg dry tissue) can be processed in less than 1 hour. The system combines the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of the matrix with the speed and versatility of spin column technology to eliminate polysaccharides, phenolic compounds, and enzyme inhibitors from plant tissue lysates.
