管材静液压试验机

XGB-10B管材静液压试验机完全符合GB/T6111、GB/T15560标准的要求，适用于对各种流体输送用塑料管材进行静液压和管材爆破试验。产品具有外型美观、结构简单、精度高、稳定性好、操作方便等特点，是各种研究所质量检测部门及管材生产厂家必备的检测仪器。

1、特点：本机具有两种形式：

1）、可连续无障碍工作，保证了试验的完整性；

2）、支路间相互独立，便于操作和维护；

3）、单独配备加压水箱，使用纯凈水通过主加压泵往管材试样中补压，保证了管路中的水质，提高了管路零件（如电磁阀、针阀、截止阀、单向阀）的使用寿命；

4）、使用自主研发的、独特的、脉冲占空比补压技术，将升压环节和补压环节合二为一，减少了一个支路及器件，也就减少了器件损坏的几率；

5）、使用台湾产柱塞泵，噪音低，补压快，工作时间短，间接提高了柱塞泵的使用寿命；

6）、在仪表控制基础上配PC机（即计算器），采用串口与仪表联接。

2、设备的组成说明：

本试验机由压力控制系统、压力源、恒温介质箱、夹具和计算器五部分组成。

1）、压力控制系统在控制柜中由加压管路和电器控制两部分组成。加压管路由蓄能器、电磁阀、单向阀、过滤器、手动针阀、连接管路等部件组成。电器控制部分由数字控压压力表、温度控制仪表、压力传感器、电磁阀、继电器、过热保护器、各种开关等组成。

2）、压力源用来对主压力系统按试验条件提供总压力。

3）、恒温介质箱主要由箱体、循环泵、加热器和温度控制系统组成。箱体由不锈钢内胆、喷塑外壳体（或不锈钢）、保温层、试样支架和箱盖组成。

4）、夹具为A型，独特的设计试夹具的拆装更方便自如；楔型配合螺纹夹紧装置使夹紧力更大。本系列夹具具有结构合理、夹紧速度快、密封可靠、拆卸方便的特点。

5）、计算器配备的是品牌机，通过串口与控制柜相连。品牌机是全国联保，各地网点均可维护。

3、工作原理

该机的工作原理是：

1）、设定主压力仪表的控制压力和范围，使压力源提供高于支路最高压力的2～3MPa的压力储存在蓄能器中。

2）、按照试样的环应力要求计算试验压力，并依此设定支路压力仪表的控制压力和范围，运行后仪表控制电磁阀全导通，使试样的压力迅速上升。达到设定压力时进入补压阶段。

3）、补压阶段时电磁阀依据仪表数据断续导通，使压力源蓄能器中的压力补充进试样中。

4）、压力源的压力下降到设定压力下限时，柱赛泵启动工作到上限时停止。

5）、本机同时具有运行、停止、渗漏预警、破裂识别等功能，实现操作人员在试验过程中可脱离实验现场。当试样出现渗漏、破裂时自动报警并自动关闭该路，其它各路试验继续正常进行，直到试验完成。在同类机型中具有优良的性能价格比，是替代进口的理想产品。

6）、该机有串口可外配计算器，绘制压力时间曲线，可实时查询控压值，可打印输出报表，可代替人工职守，可当计算器机停止工作时，仪表仍然可继续工作。但计算器机不直接控制电磁阀，必须经过仪表控制，试验时仪表不可停止工作。在做试验过程中，还可随时关闭计算器机做其它商务业务，主机正常工作。当主机与计算器连通时，主机自动将数据传送给计算器机，对试验不产生任何影响。

7）、水箱为主箱内加热可保证加热管的寿命，体外循环使水箱中的水温均匀。恒温介质水箱分单热式和制冷制热式两种规格。
