产品介绍 : 产品说明  尿素是机体中蛋白质代谢的主要终产物,其在肝脏中产生并经由肾脏排出。通过尿素排泄,可以把有毒的氨排出体外。尿素指标对评定病人肾脏功能具有重要意义。一般来说,尿素含量升高可能意味着患有肾炎、肾缺血、尿路栓塞或某些非肾性疾病如充血性心力衰竭、肝脏疾病、糖尿病等;而尿素含量较少则有可能是急性肝功能不全或治疗性体液储留造成的。简单﹑直接﹑高度自动化的尿素检测手段是十分理想的。本公司的尿素检测试剂盒可直接对生物样品检测,无需预处理过程。检测基于改良的Jung法,利用显色试剂与尿素反应生成有色复合物的特性,在520nm波长下测量,其颜色深浅与尿素浓度成正比。并且通过配方的改良,充分减小了未处理的样品中其他杂质的干扰。

 

产品特点  测量敏感、准确:在96孔板中检测仅需5μL样品,尿素线性测试范围在0.08-100 mg/dL (0.013-17mM)。简单、高通量:整个测试过程只需加入试剂并培养20分钟。通过96孔板上的高通量检测手段,每天可以测试上千个样品。试剂稳定性高和多功能性:产品经过配方的改良,极大的提高了试剂和测试信号的稳定性,测试可采用比色皿或96孔板。受样品干扰小:样品无需预处理,不受氨影响,可以直接检测生物样品。

DESCRIPTION  Urea is primarily produced in the liver and secreted by the kidneys. Urea is the major end product of protein catabolism in animals. It is the primary vehicle for removal of toxic ammonia from the body. Urea determination is very useful for the medical clinician to assess kidney function of patients. In general, increased urea levels are associated with nephritis, renal ischemia, urinary tract obstruction, and certain extrarenal diseases, e.g., congestive heart failure, liver diseases and diabetes. Decreased levels indicate acute hepatic insufficiency or may result from over-vigorous parenteral fluid therapy. Simple, direct and automation-ready procedures for measuring urea concentration or blood urea nitrogen BUN in biological samples are becoming popular in Research and Drug Discovery. Our urea assay kit is designed to measure urea directly in biological samples without any pretreatment. The improved Jung method utilizes a chromogenic reagent that forms a colored complex specifically with urea. The intensity of the color, measured at 520nm, is directly proportional to the urea concentration in the sample. The optimized formulation substantially reduces interference by substances in the raw samples.
