OMEGA PHE/ORE-6510 submerged mounting electrode is designed for use in cylinder block, water tank and flowing liquid. Its induction plane is surrounded by permeable polyethylene reference liquid connection, which can reduce fouling retention. The installation and removal of the electrodes are accomplished by a simple quick detachment device with a rotating coil. The head of the cable assembly has MNPT threads, which can be connected to the coupling parts and the supporting pipeline. The pipeline can be simply mechanically installed to protect the cable from contact with the liquid to be measured. As a result, the components are light in weight and easy to handle when they need to be maintained. Automatic temperature compensation (ATC) can be provided as part of the installation component.
Planar electrodes are ideal for applications where suspended solids are relatively large or flocculation requires low speed.
If the electrode is only used at low speed and has a covering layer on the surface, the electrode can be installed at 45 angle of the fluid, thus achieving a stronger scrubbing effect on the measured surface.
