1.百萤 花青素Cy5钾盐概述

 

花青素Cy5钾盐Cy系列染料,各种花青5(Cy5®)染料已用于标记生物分子,用于荧光成像和其他基于荧光的生化分析。它们广泛用于标记肽,蛋白质和寡核苷酸等.Cy5®染料是常见的红色荧光团中的一种。这些多功能荧光团可以耐受3-10的pH范围,用于生物相关pH的各种应用。该染料还具有DMSO耐受性和光稳定性,能够在不损失性能的情况下从储存转移至分析。水溶性在测定缓冲液中对有机溶剂的需要。我们的Cy5®Fluor经过QC测试,可确保高水平的发色团和活性染料含量。单活性染料适用于蛋白质和寡核苷酸的靶向,标记,双活性染料更适合于一般标记。建议使用NHS酯染料标记胺基,建议使用马来酰亚胺染料标记硫醇基团。
