Epistem signs partnership deal with Becton Dickinson

StockMarketWire.com - Epistem has signed a TB diagnostic supply and distribution agreement with Becton Dickinson, a leading global medical technology group.
The agreement includes an upfront payment of $1m with further milestone payments of up to $3m, alongside escalating supply volumes over the next five years.
Epistem said that trading over the full year is expected to be broadly in-line with market forecasts.
