VWR收购波兰LABART公司

宾西法尼亚州西切斯特于2010年9月2日电：VWR国际已经宣布收购 LABART SP.ZOO 公司——一家总部位于波兰格但斯克的科学实验设备经销商。LABART 成立于1996年，为工业、制药、科研和政府部门提供实验室设备和耗材。
　　根据 VWR 的季报显示：VWR 近几年的收购大部分在欧洲，其在欧洲市场占据主导地位。

VWR International, LLC Acquires LABART SP. Z O.O. in Poland

 

WEST CHESTER, PA, September 2, 2010 - VWR International, LLC, a leading global laboratory supply and distribution company, announced today that it has acquired LABART SP. Z O.O., a scientific laboratory supply distributor headquartered in Gdansk, Poland.

LABART was founded in 1996 and is one of Poland's largest independent suppliers of laboratory equipment and consumables. LABART is recognized for its technical products and service-oriented approach to its customers in the industrial, pharmaceutical and tertiary scientific education market segments, as well as the public sector.
