Bruker收购Center for Tribology

9月12日,布鲁克公司宣布收购Center for Tribology(CETR)公司,具体收购金额未公开。按照惯例成交条件,预计该交易将于2011年第三季度末结束。CETR公司是一家私人控股公司,位于美国硅谷坎贝尔,2011年公司收入预计可以达到1000万美元,税息折旧及摊销前利润(EBITDA)则超过200万美元。
据了解,收购完成后,布鲁克计划继续在硅谷运行CETR公司,并将CETR的业务、研发、销售、支持服务等整合进布鲁克纳米表面仪器部。预计CETR将作为一个独立的摩擦学和压痕业务,加入AFM(原子力显微镜)和SOM(手写笔和光学计量)两大业务所属的布鲁克纳米表面仪器部。
